On Friday, November 28, 2025, we carried out a new round of activities within the Warmi VIVAmenteĀ project, this time fully centered on Christmas gastronomy. It was a hands-on, creative afternoon filled with festive aromas and a chance to connect with the culinary traditions of the season. š š„
š©āš³ What We Made
With the support and guidance of our Gastronomy students, participants prepared:
ā Star-shaped Christmas bread, a soft, aromatic dough perfect for sharing.
š Caramelized sweet potato, a traditional treat with a crunchy texture and spiced flavor.
These recipes allowed everyone to build cooking skills, explore creativity, and work as a team while sharing a warm and friendly space.
š¤ Support and Learning
Our Gastronomy students assisted throughout the entire process, strengthening practical learning and collaboration between programs.
š Moving Forward
The activities continue, and each session reinforces the value of creating spaces for integration, well-being, and development.
